- Prestigious renowned NYC Architect : Dattner Architects www.dattner.com
- High Quality trained applicator (difficult old building spot decisions). Difficult logistics as job was nearly beneath the Elevated 2 & 5 MTA train line.
- Quality components (6.2” of polyiso 25 psi ) R= 38 – staggered layers 3.1” for Thermal Efficiency , .060 WHITE EPDM Thermoset with 6” QAT , TPO root barrier, VersiTrim Parapet Coping, Live Roof trays for overburden coverage)
- Empire Sales Group worked extensively with both the Architects (Dattner) and DEP Consultants (Hazen & Sawyer) to accomplish the goals of their vision with the Blue/Green tray design. There were many challenging features to renovate this building.
- Top Flight Technical assistance from the Versico team, Rich Ryan and Joseph Bartolotta, as well as the crew in design review. The team from Live Roof were also invaluable.
- The building used training of recently released prisoners.
- The assembly used LiveRoof Trays, BlueRoof Trays, White TPO VerisGard, 2 Layers of 3″ ISO – 25PSI, VersiTrim Coping.
